LIB's 2-Zone Battery Test Chamber provides two controlled environments, enabling simultaneous hot-room, cold-room, and rapid thermal-shock testing. It accelerates battery lifecycle testing, detects potential failures, and verifies battery performance under extreme temperature transitions. With explosion-proof safety systems, it enables compliant, repeatable validation for R&D, QA, and certification.

Dual-Zone Workroom

 Dual independent cold and hot rooms with SUS304 stainless steel inner material for high temperature and low temperature durability.

 The upper hot room of the chamber is equipped with an explosion-proof viewing window for battery testing.

Precision Transfer Basket

 The basket is pneumatically actuated along precision lift rails, allowing stable vertical transfers between the cold room and hot room in under 3 seconds to ensure consistent test exposure.

Battery-Powered Cable Hole

 Used to safely introduce the battery-powered cable into the chamber interior, with a sealing ring to prevent air leakage and temperature and humidity loss. The cable hole can be customized as needed.

Intelligent PID Controller

 Color touch screen PID controller, supports 200 programmable configurations × 100 segments, with Ethernet/USB for remote monitoring, data recording, and document export during battery testing.

1. Condensation & Drain Management: During high and low temperature shock testing, condensation will form inside the chamber. The condensation will be promptly drained to prevent freezing, thereby ensuring that testing is not affected.

2. Uniform Airflow System: Two centrifugal fans provide consistent airflow, maintaining temperature uniformity within ±0.5 ℃.

3. Precise Sensor: PT-100 temperature sensor for each zone (±0.5 ℃).

4. Thermal-Runaway Protection: When temperatures reach critical limits, the system's PID controller triggers automatic venting, stops the charger/discharger, and sends alerts to keep testing safe.
