Thermal Shock Spray Test Chamber

(1) 2-Zone Rapid-Transfer Cycling

²Profile: −40 °C ↔ +120 °C in under 3 s, with user-defined dwell times (e.g. 15 min hot/15 min cold).

²Battery Focus: It checks how well the electrode sticks to the separator, finds tiny cracks, and measures if the internal resistance goes up after repeated shocks. It also meets the fast temperature change testing rules in IEC 62660-2 and the safety checks in IEC 62133-2.

 

(2) 3-Zone Air-Circulation Cycling

²Profile: Sequential cold-hot-cold transitions with full recovery to set-points in ≤ 5 min.

²Battery Focus: Checks if the battery pack seal is tight, tests how strong the welds are, and makes sure the battery keeps more than 90% of its capacity after 100 shock cycles. It follows the heat resistance tests in UL 1642 and the shock testing rules for battery modules in IEC 61960.

²Battery Focus: Assesses metal-enclosure corrosion, cell-chemistry stability, and connector durability under harsh, industrial-toxic atmospheres.

 

(2) Mixed Flowing Gas Chambers 

²Profile: Simultaneous exposure to H₂S, NO₂, and Cl₂ according to IEC 60068-2-60.

²Battery Focus: Evaluates how cell materials and connectors withstand combined industrial gases.

 

Dust and Water Test Chambers
(1) Water Spray & Immersion

²Profile: IPX1–IPX2 drip-test chambers; IPX3–IPX4 oscillating-spray chambers; IPX5–IPX6 high-pressure-wash chambers; IPX7–IPX8 immersion chambers (up to 50 m); IPX9K angled-wash chambers at 88 °C and 8 000–10 000 kPa (IEC 60529; ISO 20653).
