When we got a requirement from a well-known car manufacturer, that they need to do temperature cycle test for battery. We discussed the temperature change, liquid, sample shifting type and holder, lab condition and lead time, then we provided a solution for them including 2 custom temperature cycle chambers model T-350, production, shipping and delivery. Great news that when two temperature chambers arrived their lab, and started test, running very well.

The T-350 model provides a temperature range from –70 °C to +150 °C, enabling accurate simulation of extreme hot and cold conditions to validate the durability of electric vehicle batteries. The system features a special sample holder that secures heavy or irregularly shaped cells during thermal cycling. To replicate real-world conditions, a corrosion-resistant liquid system was integrated for enhanced heat exchange performance.
Equipped with PID-controlled temperature management, PT100 Class A sensors, and rapid heating and cooling rates, the chamber ensures test consistency across hundreds of cycles. Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel and supported by reinforced insulation and safety devices, it delivers long-term reliability and ease of maintenance for continuous operation in demanding R&D environments.
Beyond customized equipment, LIB offers complete project support including on-site installation guidance, remote troubleshooting, and lifetime technical service. Each chamber is shipped in export-grade wooden crates, ensuring safe international delivery.
"Our collaboration with this leading automotive manufacturer demonstrates LIB's strength in developing high-precision, application-specific testing solutions," said LIB's Director of Global Sales. "By combining advanced engineering, flexible customization, and responsive service, LIB continues to empower the electric vehicle industry with reliable testing technology."
