So what is UV?

What is UV curing?
UV curing generally refers to the curing conditions or requirements of coating materials (paint), adhesives (glue) or other potting sealants that need to be cured by ultraviolet light. It is the use of ultraviolet light energy to trigger the polymerization and cross-linking reaction between the low molecular prepolymers or oligomers of paint species and monomer molecules as active diluents, to obtain hardened paint film. In essence, through the formation of chemical bonds to achieve chemical drying.
The UV coating material can be coated by dipping, spraying, lacquer, spin coating, and even vacuum coating, and then cured into a film by ultraviolet photon irradiation. As the name suggests, the curing of UV coating materials is inseparable from the irradiation of UV light. Curing is a process by which a substance changes from a low molecule to a high molecule. , Different from temperature curing, adhesive curing, natural curing, this technology originated in the international paint market in the 1970s and is a new green technology.

UV curing high hardness transparent coating is suitable for spray printing on metal, glass, ceramics, density board, PC, PVC, ABS, PMMA, PET/TAC film and other materials surface. It wipes directly to the surface of the material, good firmness, waterproof and UV proof.
