Sand and Dust Test Process
Sample Pretreatment |
A,Temperature: between 15°C and 35°C; B, Relative temperature: 45%-75%; C, Atmospheric pressure: 8Kpa-106Kpa. |
Vacuum |
The protection level is IP5X IP6X test conditions, the sample needs to be vacuumed, and the LIB dust test box has an independent vacuum system |
Add Talcum Powder |
According to the volume of dustproof test equipment per cubic meter is 2kg of talcum powder, LIB will give 4KG of talcum powder for free. |
Check Tightness |
Check that the dustproof test equipment should be well sealed to prevent dust from leaking out. LIB adopts two-way rubber sealing ring, which has good sealing effect. |
Start Up |
For samples that need to be vacuumed, when starting up, start the blower and vacuum pumping system at the same time, and adjust the valve to make the vacuum degree and air flow meet the requirements of product technical conditions. |
Replace Talcum Powder |
After shutting down, open the left door of the case, open the valve under the funnel, release the waste talcum powder, keep it sealed and dry when not in use, the LIB dust test box adopts a recyclable design, saving and environmental protection. |
Shutdown |
After the test reaches the specified time, stop the blower of the vacuum system, and open the door to take out the sample after the dust has completely settled. |
