Generally, the corrosion solution in the salt spray corrosion test chamber is mainly a 5% concentration of sodium chloride solution or 0.26 grams of copper chloride is added per liter to the sodium chloride solution as the salt spray corrosion solution. In addition, the salt spray corrosion test chamber can independently adjust the sedimentation amount and spray amount of salt spray to ensure constant test temperature, convenient operation and stable test environment. Therefore, it is often used to test the corrosion resistance of daily life, supplies or industrial supplies.
There are four places where water is added to the salt spray corrosion test chamber, namely the salt water tank, the saturated air bucket, the working room, and the sealing tank.
1. The brine tank, as the name suggests, only needs to add brine, but the brine ratio must be 1:19, that is, it is prepared according to 500g industrial salt and 9500g pure water, and it is added to the three-quarter position of the brine tank. Yes, generally available for 2-3 days;
2. The saturated air bucket must be filled with pure water. Before adding water, open the water width, and then close it after adding water, leaving one-fifth of the water level. .
3. When the sealing tank is working, just add an appropriate amount of pure water to the sealing water tank, so as to prevent the salt spray from overflowing. Remember not to add too much or too little. Not spilling is best.
4. Pure water is also added inside the studio. The function of adding water is to prevent dry cracking and aging of the chamber,when the chamber is heated. The water level is slightly lower than the mist exhaust hole in the middle of the chamber. , the water will be automatically drained from the drain pipe behind the chamber.
