Common Test
- Temperature test
The climatic chamber is kept at high temperature and low temperature for 0.5h each, and the cycle is 8 times. The temperature change range of the test chamber is set from -10℃ to 50℃, and the temperature change rate is greater than 1℃/min, but less than 5℃/min.
After the test, observe whether the lamp is damaged, the material is deformed by heat and other abnormal phenomena;
- Impact test
Turn on the power supply, light the lamp for 24h, and observe whether the lamp is damaged, the material is deformed by heat and other abnormal phenomena; dry the surface of the sample after taking it out, and restore it at normal atmospheric pressure and room temperature for 2h for inspection; After high temperature and high pressure test, no surface stripping, discoloration, cracking, material deformation and other abnormal phenomena can occur; After the lighting test, the impact test is carried out under this environment through the relay control of the lamp. The test is set as: lighting 20s, turning off 20s, and cycling 100 times. After Impact test, electrical anomalies such as leakage and light failure cannot occur.
- Constant wet heat test
Switch on the power supply according to the rated input voltage of the LED lamp. The LED lamp is placed in a constant temperature and humidity chamber, and the constant temperature and humidity chamber is set to the relative humidity of 95% and the temperature is 45℃; after the test, the lamp can not occur leakage, lighting is not bright and other electrical anomalies.
- LED lamps vibration test
Lamps after vibration test, can not occur parts fall off, structural damage, lighting is not bright and other abnormal phenomena.
