In November 2018 our Australian customer purchased xenon arc test chamber model XL-S-750, which was mainly used to test the aging of coatings under sunlight, moisture and heat environment condition. This xenon chamber has a large exposure area in workroom, can mount 42 pieces of specimen, with each size of 90*200mm.

LIB's Xenon Arc Weathering Test Chamber is engineered in strict accordance with ASTM G155-21, the globally recognized standard for xenon arc exposure testing. Equipped with a powerful 4500W water-cooled xenon lamp, interchangeable optical filters, and advanced black panel temperature (BPT) control, it reproduces the full spectrum of natural sunlight, including ultraviolet, visible, and infrared radiation.
To further enhance accuracy, the chamber integrates a rotating sample rack capable of mounting up to 42 specimens, each sized 90×200 mm, ensuring uniform exposure. The built-in PID control system stabilizes irradiance, temperature, and humidity, providing consistent and reproducible test results across extended test cycles. Additional features include automated water spray and condensation cycles to simulate dew, rain, and moisture ingress, offering a realistic accelerated aging process in just days or weeks rather than years.
