Precision Control in LIB Climate Chambers and Incubators

Precise cooling control

LIB climatic chambers and incubators utilize a combination of high performance French Tecumseh refrigeration compressor and alloy heaters to accurately control temperature ranges from, for example, -70° to 150°, and from +5°C to +50°C.

 

The refrigeration system responds quickly, with a temperature rise rate of 3°C/min and a cool down rate of 1°C/min, to meet the needs of rapid temperature change tests. The internal PT100 Class A high precision temperature sensor with a resolution of ±0.001°C ensures high stability in harsh test environments.

 

In order to ensure the uniform distribution of temperature and humidity, the equipment is equipped with a low noise ≤ 65dBA even numbered times forward and backward blowing centrifugal fan circulation system, to realize the whole chamber without dead angle circulation, to ensure that each test sample is exposed to hot and cold consistent environment.

Intelligent PID Controller

LIB climatic chambers and incubators are equipped with an intelligent touch controller that supports multi-language interface, multi-segment program settings and real-time data display.

 

With high control accuracy, temperature fluctuation is controlled at ±0.5℃ and humidity deviation is less than ±2.5% RH, which greatly improves the repeatability and stability of the test. Users can connect to a computer for remote operation and export test reports via USB.

Customized Energization and CO2 Concentration Regulation
