Regular Maintenance
Do a regular maintenance of the rain test machine, clean the room where the rain test machine is installed every week or every month, and clean and check the rain test machine again.
1. If you hear abnormal noise during operation, please stop the machine for inspection, and then restart the machine after the fault is found and solved, so as not to affect the service life of the equipment.
2. The transmission machine should be refueled regularly, and the reducer should be cleaned of oil.
3. After the rain testing machine is positioned, the supporting frame needs to be propped up to prevent the casters from shifting after being shaken during the rain testing machine test.
4. The chamber-type rain test machine has been running for a long time. If the water spray hole is found to be blocked, the pipeline should be removed, rinsed with tap water and then assembled.
5. After the equipment test is over, if the residual water in the equipment is not wiped clean, it will have a certain impact on the test accuracy of the equipment. At this time, you can wipe it with a soft cloth, and please do not close the door in time after wiping it clean. The door should be opened for ventilation, and then closed after a while.
