Maintenance Before the Test of the Dust Test Chamber
✔ Confirm the power supply and grounding wire;
✔ Keep the appearance of the chamber clean;
✔ Keep the laboratory in a dry environment;
✔ Whether the power cord is properly connected according to the specifications, and the grounding is confirmed;
✔ Check the circuit control system before starting the machine;
During the Dust Test Chamber Test
✔ Do not open the door of the chamber during the test;
✔ If you hear abnormal noise in the dustproof test chamber during operation, please stop the inspection, and restart the machine after the fault is found and resolved, which will affect the service life of the equipment.
After the Dust Test Chamber Test
✔ After the experiment is over, cut off the power of the dust test chamber;
✔ After each test, the sample of the dust resistance test chamber should be taken out, and the inner tank of the equipment should be cleaned;
✔ To prevent dust from entering the chamber , cover the plastic cover after use.
Fourth, the daily maintenance of the dust test chamber :
✔ Regularly turn on the machine once every six months to replenish the backup battery, and the power-on time is 8 hours.
✔ When moving the dustproof test chamber , avoid falling, hitting the sand and dust test chamber , scratching, twisting, extreme, vibration, and extrusion.
✔ Avoid placing heavy objects on the equipment and avoid tilting the equipment;
✔ Keep the laboratory in a dry environment;
✔ Check the circuit control system before starting each time;
✔Confirmation of power supply and grounding wire;
✔ Whether the power cord is properly connected according to the specification and grounded;
✔ A ventilation fan should be installed in the laboratory to keep the room ventilated;
✔ After the test is over, cut off the power of the whole machine;
