How to carry out daily maintenance of High Low Temperature Chamber
1. Before use, the first thing to do is to open the door of the high and low temperature test box for ventilation, and at the same time wipe the inside of the high and low temperature test box again. Clean the dust on the condenser to facilitate the heat dissipation of the high and low temperature test chamber after operation.
2. For system maintenance, be sure to unplug the power supply. When the power is off, the high and low temperature test chamber must be shut down to prevent damage to the compressor and other components.
3. After cleaning the high and low temperature test box, do not start using it immediately. Let the high and low temperature test box run for a short time, and stop for a period of time after every two or three minutes of operation, and repeat this several times. ,
4. The high and low temperature test box is operated for several times for a short time, and the inside of the machine is infiltrated through intermittent time. Many high and low temperature test chambers have been put on hold in the laboratory for a period of time, and this method can also be used to maintain the high and low temperature test chambers in the first use to prevent the compressor from shortening its life.
5. When doing the low temperature test, if there is condensed water on the inner wall of the high and low temperature test box, do the high temperature baking first to evaporate the water, and then do the low temperature test;
6. The fan motor needs to be checked and cleaned frequently, and dust cannot be accumulated, so as not to affect the normal operation of the motor. Always check whether the fan impeller falls off, so as to avoid abnormal temperature in the test chamber;
7. During the inspection, the inspector shall record any abnormality found; the measurement administrator shall conduct a running inspection every three months. When the inspection task is heavy, the quality inspection department can add the number of inspections;
8. Supply the system power according to the product nameplate requirements, and cut off the external power supply after the equipment is used;
9. Leave a space of 0.5 meters behind the equipment to facilitate heat dissipation and maintenance of the equipment;
10. After each use, clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
