Of course, this situation should also be checked from the water inlet of the humidity test chamber. There is water inlet valve involved in the water supply to the wet ball tank. It is possible that the inlet valve is opened relatively large. You can try to adjust the close the inlet valve of the test equipment.
The waterway is leaking. This is caused by the rupture of the water tank and the water pipeline, and the repair of the gap weld or the related joint operation can be directly solved.
If there is a water shortage problem in the temperature and humidity test chamber, it can be divided into water shortage of the wet ball cloth and water shortage of the water circulation system.
Wet ball cloth lacks water.
Assuming that the humidity is rising, even when it reaches 98% RH, the wet ball cloth is mostly lacking in water. It is possible that impurities in the water precipitate on the wet cloth and lost the ability to absorb water. So at this time, check if the wet cloth is too dirty.
If so, replace it with a wet cloth. If the wet ball cloth is new, there is still such a situation. Look at the wet bulb of the high and low temperature damp heat test chamber for water. If not, it is a problem with the water supply circulation system. This detects the pump and the failure of the water level float described above.
