Purpose:

Suitable for IPX3, IPX4 testing of products.
For waterproofing and splashing tests (IPX3 and IPX4) of electrical equipment or components, especially appliances exposed to open Spaces, such as air conditioners, cable connectors and converters.

IPX3 means to prevent the intrusion of sprayed water, to prevent rain or to prevent the water sprayed in the direction of the vertical Angle less than 60° from entering the appliance and causing damage; IPX4 means to prevent splashing water intrusion and prevent splashing water from all directions from entering the appliance and causing damage.

IPX3 swing tube splash test is to select a swing tube with appropriate radius, so that the height of the sample table is in the position of the swing tube diameter, and the sample is placed on the sample table, so that the distance from the top to the sample spray port is not more than 200 mm; Test conditions: The water flow rate was calculated according to the number of water holes in the pendulum tube, and each hole was 0.07L /min.
