Pressure Control: The system uses an air compression system to pressurize the sealed water tank, with an adjustable pressure range of 0 to 0.5 MPa, equivalent to a maximum water depth of approximately 50 meters. Compared to traditional methods relying on water level height, this pressurization method is more precise and safer.

 

2. Sealing Design: The top of the tank is equipped with a double-layer soft and hard silicone seal ring to ensure no leakage under high-pressure conditions; the locking method can be customized to ensure safe testing of samples with different structures.

 

3. Control Method: Utilizes a PID intelligent controller combined with a pneumatic operating system to achieve one-button start/stop of the lid, precisely maintain test pressure, and facilitate test repeatability.
