After receiving the LIB Portable Humidity Test Chamber, how to run and use it safely?
Check Before Running
1. Whether the power supply is properly connected according to the specification and grounded;
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the water tank of the rapid temperature change test chamber, and do not exceed the high water level mark;
3. Hang the prepared wet ball gauze on the humidity sensor, and put the lower end into the wet ball tank (soak the wet ball gauze before hanging);
4. Check whether the setting of the temperature limiter is correct. The value of the upper limit temperature alarm value should be 10 degrees higher than the maximum temperature of the test, and the value of the lower limit temperature alarm value should be lower than the low temperature of the test -10 degrees;
5. Put the test samples into the test chamber, and the total volume of the test samples should not exceed 1/3 of the total volume of the inner chamber.
After the inspection, perform the test according to the instructions and test requirements.
