1. Regularly clean and maintain the pressure barrel, salt water tank and nozzle of the salt spray test chamber.
2. Do not manually add water into the sodium chloride solution from the pressure barrel. Clean the measuring cylinder of the mixing solution before adding distilled water.
3. Do not block the exhaust pipe at the back during the test, so as not to deform the chamber due to excessive pressure in the chamber.
4. Do not put flammable and explosive items into the chamber
5. The weight of the sample cannot exceed the load capacity of the sample holder. Larger test pieces and heavier test pieces need to discuss the customization plan with LIB industry
6. If the spray volume is insufficient, please adjust the spray tower to a higher level, and if the spray volume is too large, please lower the spray tower (the collected spray volume standard is 1~2ml/h, taking the average value of 16 hours)
