1. The test sample in the salt spray test chamber should form an angle of 150-300 with the vertical direction, and generally cannot be placed flat. The salt spray test standard requirements mention that the test surface of the salt spray test sample should be at an angle of 200° as much as possible. For irregular test products, it should be as close as possible to the above requirements.
2. The test samples of the salt spray test chamber can be placed on different levels in the test chamber, but they must not touch the chamber, let alone contact each other. The distance between the test samples should not affect the free fall of the salt spray on the test surface, and the salt spray droplets accumulated on the test samples must not drop onto other test samples.
3. The salt spray cannot be directly sprayed onto the test surface of the sample. The test sample is placed in the salt spray test chamber with the test surface facing up, allowing the salt mist generated during the spraying of the salt spray test chamber to settle freely and deposit on the test surface of the sample, and cannot be placed in the front to form water droplets to gather together.
