Application
The Salt Corrosion Spray Test Chamber can evaluate the ability of salt spray corrosion of materials and their protective layers, as well as the process quality comparison of similar protective layers, and at the same time can assess the ability of some products to resist salt spray corrosion;

LIB Salt Spray Test Chambers Can do Those Tests
There are 4 types of tests that the salt spray test chamber can do:
▶ Neutral Salt Spray
The temperature of the neutral salt spray test (NSS) test chamber is required to be (35±2)℃, the humidity is greater than 95%, the fog reduction amount is 1~2mL/80cm*h, and the nozzle pressure is 78.5~137.3kPa (0.8~1.4kgf/cm2). In the salt spray test chamber, the salt water containing (5 0.5)% sodium chloride and pH value of 6.5~7.2 is sprayed through the spray device, so that the salt spray settles to the test piece, and the surface corrosion state is observed after a certain period of time.
▶ Copper Accelerated Acetic Acid Salt Spray
Copper-accelerated acetate mist test (CASS) is to add copper chloride 2 hydrate to 5% sodium chloride brine on the basis of the general salt spray test to make the concentration of 0.26g/L, and then adjust the PH with acetic acid to make the pH value of the salt spray collection solution 3.1-3.3. (Test refer to GB/T 10125 artificial atmosphere corrosion test)
▶ Alternating salt spray test
Alternating salt spray test is a comprehensive salt spray test (realized by alternating salt spray test chamber.
▶ Acetic Acid Salt Spray
The acetate spray test (ASS test) was developed on the basis of the neutral salt spray test. It is to add some glacial acetic acid to a 5% sodium chloride solution.
