IP6X Dustproof Test
■The product under test is placed in the test chamber, and there is a vacuum pump in the product shell to keep the pressure below atmospheric pressure. The suction hole should be connected to the hole specially set for the test.
■If a special hole cannot be set, the exhaust pipe should be connected to the entrance of the cable. If there are other holes (such as more cable inlets or drain holes), these holes should be kept in normal use.
■The maximum pressure difference is 2kpa, after 8 hours of pumping, the test stops.
■Acceptance conditions: There is no obvious dust deposit in the shell after the test.
IPX5 waterproof test
■Use standard test nozzles to spray water on the enclosure under test in all possible directions.
■Test conditions: nozzle inner diameter: 6.3mm; water flow rate: 12.5±0.625L/min;
■ Water pressure: adjust according to the prescribed water flow;
The central part of the main water flow: a circle with a diameter of about 40mm at a distance of 2.5 m from the nozzle;
■Water spray time per square meter on the shell surface: about 1min;
Test time: at least 3min
■Distance from nozzle to shell surface: 2.5~3m
Acceptance conditions: The allowable water intake and the details of the withstand voltage test should be specified.
