Principle
The aging test was carried out by exposing the material sample to the light and heat radiation of xenon arc lamp. To evaluate the light resistance and weather resistance of some materials under the action of high temperature light source,
xenon arc lamp test chamber mainly used in automobiles, coatings, rubber, plastics, pigments, adhesives, fabrics, etc.
Features
1. Light source: xenon test chamber adopt water-cooled xenon lamp tube, power 6500W, lamp life 1600 hours. The xenon lamp system shall include xenon lamp tube, inner filter tube, outer filter tube and other components.
2. Optical filter: replaceable optical filter. A variety of filters are available to simulate outdoor direct irradiation and indoor indirect irradiation. Close xenon lamp spectra are obtained.
3. Sample holder form: xenon accelerated chamber adopt three-layer rotating sample holder, to ensure the irradiation uniformity of all test samples
4 sample frame rotation speed: about 1 turn/minute.
