Toxic Gas Corrosion Workroom
The inner chamber is constructed from 316 stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion caused by multiple gases.
Equipped with two 316 stainless steel punching sample shelves (customizable), supporting flexible placement and removal to accommodate different sample sizes and structures.
The height of sample shelves is adjustable and can be removed directly to facilitate the various sizes of test samples.
Four Mixed Noxious Gas Sensor and Cylinders
Highly sensitive sensors continuously monitor the real-time concentration of the corresponding toxic gases in the chamber.
Provides ±0.1% FS accuracy and supports self-calibration of toxic gas probes in nitrogen environments for high reliability and easy maintenance.
Equipped with four separate cylinders for H₂S, SO₂, NO₂, and Cl₂, each stored securely outside the chamber.


Intelligent Controller
The programmable controller enables user-friendly operation, allowing precise regulation of multiple toxic gas concentrations (H₂S, SO₂, NO₂, Cl₂), temperature, humidity, time, and other parameters based on test requirements.
Features a PID programmable color touch screen for intuitive control and real-time monitoring of gas levels, internal temperature, and test progress.
Capable of storing up to 120 programs, with each program supporting 100 segments, to accommodate complex multi-stage corrosion testing protocols.
Noxious Gas Exhaust Device
An exhaust system connected to a neutralizing scrubber tank such as sodium hydroxide effectively removes residual gases after testing.
Ensures operator safety and environmental protection by neutralizing noxious emissions before release.
