LIB accelerated environmental aging chamber supports the UV lamp aging test. This is a test method that uses an artificial light source to simulate the ultraviolet wavelengths of sunlight, thereby verifying the resistance of polymer materials such as organic coatings, plastics and rubber to environmental aging.

 

The UV aging test has three modes: light, condensation and spray. The light phase is used to simulate the natural environment in the daytime, light can control the light intensity, temperature; condensation phase is used to simulate the phenomenon of condensation on the surface of the sample at night, the condensation phase turns off the UV lamps (dark state), and only the test temperature is controlled; the spray phase is used to simulate the rainy environment through continuous spraying of water on the surface of the sample.
