1. Structure

• The circulating fan is in the middle and lower part of the equipment.

 

• The rotary circulation air duct is connected to the test device, the sand feeding device is in the upper air outlet of the dust test chamber.

 

• The temperature control system is located at the back of the box, and the instrument control system is located on the right side of the test box.

 

2. Dust Recovery System

• Under the dust area is a funnel type device, and an electromagnetic vibrator is installed on the wall of the funnel to recover the sand and dust.
• IP Tester is equipped with dust heating and drying device to prevent dust from moisture agglomeration.
