Steps for dismantling and replacing talcum powder in sand and dust test machine

1. Before disassembling and replacing the light calcium powder in the sand dust test equipment, please dry the talc powder in advance to facilitate the disassembly and replacement.

2. Open the tail door of the sand and dust test machine, and use a brush to slightly drop the talcum powder on the inner chamber into the bottom end.

3. Use a brush to carefully remove the tailgate, gaskets, windows, stainless steel screens, lighting fixtures, switch power supplies, baffles, and drop the talcum powder covering the top to the bottom.

The talcum powder removed from the dust test machine can be applied again after filtering with a special stainless steel screen. 

Generally, it is recommended that customers apply light calcium powder of up to 2KG per sand and dust test chamber, and apply 20 times under normal conditions. Disassemble and replace the light talcum powder once up and down.
