Multi-point temperature verification
Arrange 9–15 temperature probes in the same test chamber, simultaneously record the readings of each probe at a specified temperature (e.g., 35 °C), calculate the maximum–minimum difference, and ensure that the difference is ≤2 °C. If the difference exceeds the limit, the system automatically adjusts the PID parameters until the temperature is uniform throughout the entire space.
Fine-Tuning of Temperature Fluctuations and Deviations
Measure temperature fluctuations (≤0.5 °C) and deviations (≤2.0 °C) at critical points such as –20 °C, 0 °C, 25 °C, and 40 °C. The control system supports segmented calibration, performing point-by-point compensation on the output signal to ensure each temperature point meets the specified standards.
Humidity Accuracy Verification and Correction
The saturated salt solution method (e.g., sodium sulfate corresponding to 75% RH) is used for calibration at three humidity points: 30%, 50%, and 75%. The built-in deviation compensation function automatically corrects reading errors, maintaining humidity stability within ±2.5% RH.
One-Click Report Export
After calibration is complete, the PID controller can generate a comprehensive report compliant with ISO/IEC 17025 standards with a single click, including raw data, deviation correction results, and evaluation conclusions, ensuring full traceability throughout the process.

Real-world environment simulation calibration
1. Environment settings: Based on actual usage scenarios, three typical temperature and humidity combinations are preset:
- High temperature and high humidity: 85 °C, 95% RH
- Low temperature and low humidity: –40 °C, 20% RH
- Normal Temperature and Humidity: 25 °C, 50 % RH
2. Calibration Steps: Place the standard probe and the probe to be calibrated into the chamber simultaneously. After temperature and humidity stabilize, read the respective values (e.g., standard 25.0 °C vs. probe to be calibrated 24.5 °C), and use the controller to adjust the output of the probe to be calibrated in real-time until it matches the standard probe.
Temperature and humidity cycle test calibration
- Cycle parameters: Within the range of –40 °C to +100 °C, perform 5–10 round-trip cycles with a heating rate of 3 °C/min and a cooling rate of 1 °C/min.
- Response Evaluation: Record the readings of the standard probe and the probe to be calibrated every 5 minutes to detect response lag under rapid temperature changes, and compensate and correct the output curve accordingly.
Power On/Off State Testing
- Test Purpose: Verify the stability and response speed of the sensor during power on/off transitions.
Operational Method: Using the waterproof power socket inside the chamber, compare readings in both "powered on" and "powered off" states to ensure the probe can quickly recover and output accurate temperature and humidity values after switching.
More Practical and Easy-to-Use Features of LIB Calibration Chamber
Wide temperature and humidity range
Temperature range: –70 °C to +150 °C, with multiple low-temperature custom options (–20, –40, –60, –70, –86 °C). Humidity range: 20% to 98% RH, meeting the extreme environment calibration requirements of industries such as aviation, automotive, and electronics.
Uniform air distribution design
Utilizes a centrifugal fan and optimized airflow path to eliminate temperature and humidity dead zones within the chamber, ensuring all samples are subjected to the same environmental conditions and enhancing calibration consistency.

High-performance materials and water-saving circulation
The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the outer shell features an A3 steel powder-coated finish, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning; the closed-loop water circulation system recovers 80% of condensate, offering both environmental benefits and reduced operational costs.

Intelligent PID Touchscreen Control
The 7-inch color touchscreen supports 120 calibration programs, each with 100 steps, featuring real-time curve display, multi-language interface, and Ethernet remote access, simplifying operational workflows and minimizing human error.
