Classification and introduction of Air To Air Thermal Shock Chamber


 

Air To Air Thermal Shock Chamber is divided into three-zones type and two-zones type according to the test requirements and test standards, the difference lies in the test method and internal structure is different. The three-box type is divided into cold storage chamber, heat storage chamber and test chamber. The product is placed in the test chamber during the test. The two-box type is divided into high greenhouse and low greenhouse, which realizes the switch of high and low temperature through the movement of the basket driven by the motor. The products are placed in the basket and move with the basket.

 

The 2-zone air-to-air thermal shock chamber is used to test the resistance and reliability of items when they are rapidly converted between different temperatures. The test method is briefly explained as follows:

 

1. The item to be tested is placed in a high-temperature chamber and allowed to increase in temperature to the target temperature.

 

2. When the high-temperature chamber reaches the target temperature, the article is moved to the low-temperature chamber.

 

3. In the low-temperature chamber, let the item's temperature drop rapidly to the target temperature.

 

4. Switch back and forth quickly between the high and low temperature chambers to test whether the item can withstand this rapid temperature change between the different temperatures.

 

5. After the test is completed, the test results are analyzed and evaluated to determine if the article meets the relevant temperature tolerance and reliability standards.

 

During the execution of the test, the temperature and switching time of the high and low temperature chamber need to be strictly controlled to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results. At the same time, different test modes need to be selected according to the item characteristics and test requirements, such as one-way test, alternating test, multi-directional test, etc.

 

The 3-zone air-to-air thermal shock chamber is mainly used to test the stability and reliability of items when the temperature changes. It performs the test process as follows:

 

1. Firstly, place the item to be tested in the ambient temperature chamber (room temperature zone) and start executing the test after the internal temperature of the item is the same as the ambient temperature.

 

2. Place the item in the high temperature zone and let it be affected by high temperature, generally the temperature is 60℃~200℃, and the duration is from 10min-2hours, according to different test standard settings.

 

3. Remove the item from the high temperature zone and put it into the low temperature zone immediately, and let it be affected by the low temperature, the general temperature is -10℃~-80℃, the duration is 10min-2hours, also according to different test standards.

 

4. Remove the item from the low temperature zone, put it back to the normal temperature zone, and conduct the placement recovery test to check the changes, damages, cracks, etc. of the item in different temperature zones to judge the stability and reliability of the item.

 

5. Based on the test results, evaluate whether the article meets the requirements of the test standard. If it meets the requirements, issue a test report; if it does not meet the requirements, improvement and retesting are required.

 

It should be noted that the temperature of the testing environment needs to be kept stable during the testing process and the safety operation procedures need to be followed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
