Test Scope
The salt corrosion spray test chamber mainly simulates the influence of marine climate and natural acid rain on product quality, and investigates the anti-corrosion ability of products
Operation Process of Salt Spray Test Chamber
Before Use
●Brine mixing: salt water mixing is required, the salt spray test chamber uses 5% brine test solution, the operation process is to take 13 liters of pure distilled water with a measuring cup, add 700g of industrial salt sodium chloride (NaCl) to pure distilled water, stir evenly.
●Pour in the reagent: pour the adjusted brine into the preheating tank of the salt spray test chamber, and use the prepared brine into the test inlet with a measuring cup.
● Equipment setting: after preparing the salt water, you need to set the equipment of the salt spray test chamber, the correct operation process is: first turn on the power switch, the temperature of the test chamber is set to 35 °C, the temperature of the pressure barrel is set to 45 °C, and the set test time is 12 hours. Turn on the instant spray switch and the timer spray switch.

After Use
●Cleaning the sample: After the test, the correct operation method of the sample in the salt spray test chamber is: gently wash off the salt deposits on the surface of the test sample with running water, and then rinse it in distilled water, the washing water temperature shall not exceed 35 °C, and then recover for 2 hours under indoor atmospheric conditions.
●Observation sample: carefully observe the recovered metal test sample salt spray test to determine that the good product should be no corrosion, no blistering, no crack, no rust phenomenon, otherwise it is a defective product.
●Submit report: According to the test results, fill in the salt water spray test report, make a qualified or unqualified judgment, and submit the report to the superior for review and approval.
