Test Method
A: Industry standard dust test:
The motor under test is placed in a test chamber with a dust concentration of 2 kg/m2.
Use a vacuum pump to pump the air in the chamber into the motor, and the pumping speed should not exceed 60 times the volume of air in the shell per hour.
In any case, the pressure difference on the pressure gauge should not exceed 2 kPa (20mbar), and the pumping speed should be 40~60 times the shell volume per hour, until a total of 2 hours of testing.
B: General standard dust test:
The generator must be able to operate for 96 hours in dusty conditions as described below without compromising its ability to meet the requirements specified in the performance specifications.
The test sample should be placed in a dusty test chamber with sufficient air mobility to maintain a dust concentration of 50.0g/m3.
