Dust test standard (IP one characteristic number is 5-6)
1. The amount of talcum powder in the chamber is 2 kg. The talcum powder used will be sieved through a sieve, the nominal wire diameter of the sieve is 50 microns, and the nominal free distance between mesh wires is 75 microns. Talcum powder that has been used more than 20 times shall not be used for testing.
2. During the test, first hang the lamp outside the dust test chamber, and light it for 30 minutes under the rated power supply voltage.
3. Then put the working lamp on the shelf in the test chamber.
4. Close the door of the test chamber.
5. Select the working mode of the test chamber as the fixed value mode.
6. In the fixed value setting, select dust blowing in the running task with the serial number 01, and set the time to 1 minute.
7. After 1 minute, turn off the power of the lamp, and keep the test chamber in the "floating dust" state for 3 hours.
8. After 3 hours, open the door of the test chamber, brush off the talcum powder on the surface of the lamp shell and take it out. The enclosure is considered acceptable if no deposits of dust are evident in the enclosure.
