LIB Temperature Test Chamber can be used for Camera Performance Testing


1. Working experiment in low temperature Test:
Set the ambient temperature test equipment to 0°C. After the ambient temperature of the equipment is stable, carry out the experiment for 2 hours. The test product should work normally. After the experiment is over, wait until the ambient temperature in the chamber returns to the indoor temperature, remove the sample, and repair it in a normal air environment for 2 hours.
2. Ultra-low temperature storage Test:
Set the ambient temperature test chamber to -20°C, and carry out a 24-hour storage experiment without starting the test product. After the experiment is completed, remove the test product and return to the room temperature, and then restore it for 2 hours to carry out the final test.
3. High temperature operation Test:
Set the ambient temperature humidity test chamber to 40°C. After the ambient temperature of the equipment is stable, carry out the experiment for 2 hours. The test product should work normally. Products, repaired in normal air environment for 2h.
4.Damp heat test for storage conditions:
Set the temperature of the environmental test equipment at 60°C and the air humidity at 93%, store it for 24 hours under the experimental conditions without starting the environment, and carry out the final inspection after 2 hours of repair. The inspection results must meet the relevant requirements.
