IP68 is the highest level of connector waterproofing rating. As we all know, to see how waterproof connector waterproof performance, mainly look at the IPXX two digits XX, the first X is from 0 to 6, the highest grade is 6; The second digit X is from 0 to 8, the highest grade being 8; Therefore, the connector's highest waterproof rating is IP68.

IP 68 TESTER APPLICATION
The sand and dust test chamber is suitable for testing the sealing performance of the shell of the product. It is mainly used for the IP5X and IP6X tests specified in the protection grade standard of the shell, and to simulate the damage caused by sandstorm weather to locks, auto and motorcycle parts, seals, power meters and other products.
Level 6 dustproof test: IP6X, complete dustproof, dust is not allowed to enter. Negative pressure need to be added to the product cavity.
IPX8 pressure immersion tank is mainly used to test electrical and electronic products, electricity meters in the water test or during the test whether to ensure the good performance of the product and components and technical status, at the same time, the use of products may be affected by rain, to provide application basis for product technical standards.
IP 68 TESTER FEATURES
IP6X Dust Chamber:
Test chamber with vertical circulating airflow. The airflow can smoothly blow dust into the working room, forming a dust blowing circulation system.
The workroom is equipped with a single-phase 16A internal power interface to power up the test specimen. The power-on time and cycle can be controlled by the controller.
LIB designed and produced different size and configuration of dust chamber, has capacity of 800 liters, 1000 liters, 1500 liters, 2000 liters and larger volume based on various specimens.
Workroom
The internal material is 304 stainless steel, mirror surface, rust-proof, high temperature and corrosion resistance;nice ruggedness and long life.
Sample shelf
Sample shelf is made of stainless steel, its standard load 50 kgs.
Can custom-make special shelf for heavy samples. Mesh sieve size is 450*450 mm.
Electromagnetic Lock
Door lock is an electromagnetic lock, which will generate a strong suction force and tightly attract the iron plate to lock the door. Unlocking is operated on the controller for safety and prevent malfunction.
Vacuum pump
Vacuum pump is used to evacuate the test sample. There is a vacuum interface in the workroom, which can be directly connected to the sample.
IPX8 Water Immersion Tank:
The tank is of cylindrical design, and the bottom must be supported by a tripod. Designed a Z-shaped foot with three M8 holes, which has good grip and requires user to fix the equipment with screws to ensure safety.
We have designed a height-adjustable sample holder to prevent the sample from floating during the immersion test.
An independent manual setting pressure limiting device is specially designed to ensure effective control of the pressure in the tank.
Lid
The lid of the tank is convex circular design with double silicone seal.

The main feature of the LIB IP 68 tester is the ability to control flow and water pressure.
Controller
Programmable Color Touch Screen Type
Display Temperature, Sample Surface Temperature, water depth, run time Interface with English language.
Sample Holder
Directly put inside of chamber, or hanging samples on the holders. The diameter and height of immersion tank can custom-make according to sample size.
