• Over Temperature Protection: Set a limit temperature for the machine in advance, beyond which the machine will automatically shut down. The limit temperature value is determined by the customer, but it is recommended to set under professional guidance to avoid danger.

• Phase Sequence Protection：The principle of phase sequence protection is to ensure that the three-phase supply to electrical equipment is in the correct sequence. This is important because if the sequence is reversed, it can cause damage to the motors and other equipment. The protection is achieved by monitoring the voltage and current in each phase and comparing it to a reference signal. If the sequence is incorrect, the protection device will trip and disconnect the equipment from the supply. The protection can be achieved using a variety of devices such as relays, timers, and microprocessors.

• Fan overheating protection,refrigeration system overload, refrigeration unit overpressure, anti-leakage, fault alarm protection.

Single gas corrosion chamber is generally only equipped with a sodium hydroxide tank, but Mixed Flow Noxious Gas Test Machine is equipped with two solution tanks.

• The gas exhaust device No.1 is including a NaOH solution, to dilutes gas (So2, H2S, or No2) to make workplace clean and safe.
• The gas exhaust device No.2 is including a dilute H2SO4 solution, to dilutes gas (NH3) to make workplace clean and safe.
• After the testing, please touch the button "Exhaust" on the controller, and gas will be exhausted to the NaOH or H2SO4 tank.
