Air Conditioning Unit，as the name suggests, it is a split temperature and humidity test chamber inspired by air conditioning, whose working principle is the built-in microcomputer receives the data from the temperature and humidity sensors, and gives instructions to adjust the temperature and humidity, thus making the heating unit, condensation tube and the heating and evaporation unit in the water tank work to achieve the two main functions of adjusting the temperature (heating or cooling) and increasing the humidity.

Products Description

The biggest feature of this product is also the advantage, that is the split structure. The workroom and the rest of the equipment are individually structured and connected by two pipes that supply hot, cool and humid air to the workroom.
This design is in response to the client's limited laboratory space. The smaller workroom was placed in the laboratory, and then perforated in the wall to connect the larger components through pipes to maximize the use of effective laboratory space.
Both units can be sold separately, and customers can choose and customize themas they wish.

Internal Material:

We use 3 mm mirror stainless steel, thicker than most manufacturers' products on the market. At the same time, the mirror surface is neat and beautiful, and does not easily gather water stains.

View Window:

We have adopted a double-layer plexiglass design, with a conducting film installed in the middle of them, which quickly evaporates water vapor after heating, making it convenient to observe the test situation.

Lock:

There are three types of locks available for our test chambers. Manual locks, electromagnetic locks and locks with keys. For the TH series, it comes standard with manual bidirectional locks.

Sample Shelf:

The standard load of each layer of the sample rack is 50KG, and the total load of the two layers of the sample rack is 100 KG. The height of the sample rack can be adjusted and can be disassembled directly.

Nichchromium alloy electric heating wire heater, high resistivity, low resistance temperature coefficient, long life, small deformation at high temperature.

INSULATING LAYER

The insulation layer is 10 mm thick polyurethane foam, which has good thermal insulation performance, low weight and is resistant to degradation.

CABLE HOLE

The machine is equipped with a circular test hole, located on the left side of the studio, to energize the test piece. The standard aperture can be customized.
