LIB Solar Panel Chamber (photovoltaic module aging test equipment) is mainly suitable for photovoltaic modules (solar panels), photovoltaic glass, thin film modules, solar cells to perform thermal cycle, humidity freeze cycle and damp heat RH test (double 85 test), to confirm whether the solar panel can withstand the subsequent negative temperature influence after high temperature and humidity, as well as fatigue and thermal failure caused by repeated temperature changes.

Climate Chamber for Solar Panel can perform Thermal Cycle Test and Humidity-Freeze Test, its basic introduction is as follows:

Workroom

View Window

Damp heat test, we also call it colloquially "Double 85 test”, refers to the aging test of the test pieces in the environment set at the temperature of 85℃ and the relative humidity of 85%, which is a harsh environmental reliability test. The commonly used test time is 1000 hours, mainly to test the limit of what the product can withstand in the harsh environment of high temperature and humidity.

Damp Heat Test Chamber can perform damp heat test , its basic introduction is as follows:

• PT-100 Class A sensor, real-time accurate detection and display of temperature changes at 0.001 degrees.

• The PID controller as the main control unit to command, operate, detect and redistribute the various components of the equipment to achieve maximum effective use.
