Thermal Abuse Test
●The thermal abuse test method specified in IEC 62133:2002 is to place a fully charged battery in a natural or circulating air convection incubator after being stabilized at room temperature.
●The Thermal Stability Testing Machine is heated to 150 °C±2 °C at a rate of 5 °C/min ±2 °C/min.
●Maintain this temperature and stop the test after 10 min to check if the battery catches fire or explodes.
●The thermal abuse test of IEC 62133 is used by national and foreign standards such as JIS C8712, YD 1268, UL 1642 and so on.
