Description
LIB Rain Tightness Water IP Test Device integrates IPX1 to IPX6 waterproof tests in one system, covering drip, rain, splash, and powerful water jet simulations. It supports IPX1/IPX2 vertical dripping at 1 mm/min, IPX3/IPX4 oscillating tube spray (±60° / ±180°), and IPX5/IPX6 jet testing with 12.5 L/min and 100 L/min high-flow nozzles. An adjustable turntable (up to 50 kg), tilting platform, built-in power supply, and automatic water circulation system allow efficient, repeatable, and unattended testing for electronics, automotive parts, and outdoor equipment.
The Rain Tightness Water IP Test Device is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with IEC 60529, fully covering IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, and IPX6 ingress protection requirements. It is suitable for certification and qualification testing demanded by CE, CB, and other international conformity assessments, ensuring authoritative, traceable, and globally accepted waterproof test results.
