Low temperature, high temperature, temperature shock, temperature-height, acceleration, shock, vibration, and wet heat test interrupt processing
(1) Interruption under test conditions
When the test condition is lower than the lower limit of allowable tolerance, the pre-specified test condition should be reached again at the point below the test condition, the test should be resumed, and the test should be carried out until the predetermined test cycle is completed.
(2) The test conditions are interrupted
When excessive test conditions occur, the test is stopped and preferably redone with a new test sample. If the overtest conditions do not directly cause damage that affects the characteristics of the test sample, or the test sample can be repaired, it can be treated according to the above advice. If the test sample fails in subsequent tests, the test result should be considered invalid.
Mold test is interrupted
(1) If the test is interrupted within the first 7 days of the trial period, the test shall be repeated.
(2) If the test is interrupted after 7 days of the test period, it shall be treated in accordance with the following provisions.
① When the temperature in the test box rises, the test should be re-conducted under any of the following circumstances:
a. The temperature rises to more than 40℃;
b. The temperature exceeds 31℃ for more than 4 hours;
c. The mold on the control sample had a decay phenomenon due to the influence of overtemperature;
d. The relative humidity decreases to less than 50% during the temperature increase.\
In addition to the above cases, the test conditions should be restored in time and the test should continue from the break point.
② When the relative humidity in the test chamber is still in line with the standard, the mold growing on the control sample has no signs of decay, the test conditions can be resumed, and the test can continue from the temperature to lower than the specified tolerance.
③ When the relative humidity in the test box decreases, the test should be re-conducted in one of the following cases:
a. The relative humidity is reduced to 50%;
b. The relative humidity is reduced to below 70% for 4h;
c. The mold on the control sample declined due to the decrease in relative humidity.
In addition to the above cases, the relative humidity is slightly low, the test conditions should be restored in time, and the test should continue from the break point.
Salt spray test is interrupted

(1)
When the test conditions are lower than the lower tolerance limit, the test situation should be judged. After a comprehensive visual inspection of the test sample, it is considered that the test can continue, and then continue the test when the test conditions meet the specified requirements. The test time continues from the last test point that meets the requirements of the test condition before the break point below the lower tolerance limit of the test condition.
(2)
When the test conditions exceed the upper tolerance limit, the test should be interrupted. After a comprehensive visual inspection of the test sample, it is considered that it will not have adverse effects on the final test results or can be repaired in time, and then continue the test under the condition that the test conditions meet the specified requirements. The test time before the break point higher than the upper limit of the test condition is valid, and the test time is calculated from the break point. If the final test result cannot be judged, the test should be repeated with a new test sample.
