On August 28, 2025, LIB completed production of three high-precision environmental test chambers for a leading Spanish laboratory. The acquisition includes a Humidity and Temperature Thermal Chamber, a Cyclic Salt Spray Test Chamber, and an Air-to-Air Thermal Shock Chamber. LIB's Cyclic Salt Spray Test Chamber


 

For realistic corrosion testing, the cyclic chamber integrates salt fog, high-humidity, temperature cycling, and drying phases in one automated platform. It complies with major global standards-including ASTM B117, ISO 9227, SAE J2334, and JIS Z 2371-providing accelerated, field-relevant corrosion data for metals, coatings, automotive parts, and electronics. Automated phase transitions, dual spray towers, and advanced PID touchscreen control ensure accuracy, repeatability, and operational simplicity.

LIB's Air-to-Air Thermal Shock Chamber



Engineered for rapid temperature transitions, this two-zone system moves samples between hot and cold chambers within three seconds. With an extreme range from –75 °C to +220 °C, ±0.5 °C fluctuation, and ≤ 5-minute recovery, it reliably simulates sudden thermal stress experienced in automotive, aerospace, and electronics applications. Programmable control, fast cycling, and robust stainless-steel construction ensure precision and durability.
