Cabinet material

The whole chamber is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, which has stronger anti-corrosion ability than the common PVC material (against three kinds of corrosion: hydrochloric acid, alkali and copper sulfate) low density, but high strength and simple process.

Specimen Holder

The top of the test chamber is provided with a plane grading rack. The sample rack is divided into three layers: upper, middle and lower. Round rods made of circular corrosion-resistant materials are placed on the upper layer, and V-shaped glass fiber supports are placed on the middle layer. Lower bulk sample placement: CPVC plate punching sample placement platform is set at the bottom of the test chamber.

Heating unit

The mesh heating wire is located at the bottom of the box, which heats the bottom space efficiently and evenly, thereby increasing the temperature of the workroom.

Humidification and dehumidification system

Using water vapor humidification, the compressor starts dehumidification, P.I.D control the humidification amount to reach the required humidity.
