◆ Spraying principle: the siphon principle is used to absorb the brine and then atomize it, the degree of atomization is uniform and there is absolutely no blockage of crystallization, which can ensure continuous testing: air compressor → primary oil and water separator → storage tank → pressure reducing valve → total solenoid valve → secondary oil and water separator → saturator → regulator → spray solenoid valve → nozzle;
◆ Spraying device: A brine spraying device (spraying tower) is installed in the center of the studio to ensure a very uniform distribution of laboratory spray. A spray water supply tank is installed at the bottom of the spray tower, and a corrosion-resistant automatic water level float is installed inside the tank, which can automatically control the water level height in the tank.
◆ Spray collector: 2 conical funnels monitor the size of the spray volume in real time (one is closest to the spray tower and the other is farthest from the tower), and a silicone hose is installed at the bottom of the funnel to connect to the outdoor measuring cylinder, which can view the size of the spray volume in real time and ensure the test accuracy of the test sample.
◆ Nozzle: The unique quartz glass fired nozzle with a rounded inner cavity and precise angle allows for long term spraying without crystallization, which can control the size and angle of the spray volume.
◆ Spraying and defogging: manual spraying or automatic spraying according to the program settings; defogging can also be done manually or automatically according to the program settings (using compressed air to fill the chamber and then discharge the chamber fog to quickly defog)
The inlet pipe for sulfur dioxide gas is located on the rear side of the box and is made of copper, one-half inch; the discharge pipe is a silicone hose, also one-half inch in size.
The salt fog test equipment is equipped with sulfur dioxide gas treatment device, through the chemical reaction of sodium hydroxide solution and sulfur dioxide, the sulfur dioxide that will be discharged to the outdoors for harmless treatment.

The salt fog test equipment has no insulating layer cause the shell is hollow design.
