Temperature cycling oven is a continuous drying equipment, can be continuous baking, improve the production efficiency of products. Two-way chain drive is adopted to solve the problem of running deviation in the transportation process. Segmented heating oven, independent electric furnace control, simple operation, its structure mainly includes transport system and oven two parts.

The bottle is transported to the preheating area, high temperature sterilization area and low temperature cooling area of tunnel sterilization furnace by conveyor belt.

The heating element is installed on the top of the furnace to improve thermal efficiency. The furnace is equipped with electric control cabinet, the temperature can be displayed and controlled, and the temperature can be controlled arbitrarily. The outlet can adopt vertical laminar flow and 100 level cleanliness purification, strict aseptic dust-free state. Aluminum silicate is used as insulation material in the furnace with good insulation effect.
The temperature cycling oven transmission mainly adopts stainless steel chain or stainless steel mesh belt, which is used for the production of different products, and the suitable running speed can be adjusted arbitrarily according to different requirements.
The tunnel oven is made of stainless steel, and the thermal insulation material is aluminum silicate fiber, with good thermal insulation performance.
It can be equipped with another electric control cabinet, voltage meter, ammeter and digital display temperature control instrument, also has a motor governor and other electrical configurations to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
