LIB 3-zones thermal shock oven is testing equipment used to subject a product or material to sudden and extreme temperature changes. It consists of three separate chambers: a pre-heated room, a pre-cold room, and a testing room. The sample is placed in the testing room and can be exposed to either hot or cold air via controlled transfer between the pre-heated and pre-cold rooms, which creates a thermal shock. In this process, the product undergoes rapid temperature changes within a short period. The temperature transitions are made using hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical actuators and the equipment works based on the principle of thermal conduction. By performing such testing, the operational capability and performance of the product can be evaluated in extreme environmental conditions, ensuring the reliability and quality of the product.

Workroom structure and material:

• The internal material is 304 stainless steel, mirror surface, rust-proof to high and low temperature and moisture corrosion; Nice ruggedness and long life.

• It is just one chamber for test room, it circulates cold and hot air through the pneumatic damper on the left and right sides. This design makes external size smaller.

• SUS304 stainless steel punching sample shelf 2pcs;the height of the shelf is adjustable and can be removed directly to facilitate the various sizes of test samples. Conducive to the air circulation.

• The cable hole is set on the left side of the workroom to energize the test piece. The diameter of the cable hole can be customized, and the standard diameter is 50 or 125 mm.

• The high precision temperature sensor is installed in the upper right corner of the workroom.
