Dust test

 Dust cannot be completely prevented from entering, but the amount of dust entering must not affect the normal operation of the equipment and must not affect safety.

For the protection class of dangerous parts, the metal wire specimen with a diameter of 1 mm must not enter the shell and maintain sufficient clearance in the live part. Using a dust box, do not pump negative pressure test for 8 hours.

waterproof test

anti-spray test, spraying water in all directions of the shell has no impact. Use a nozzle with a diameter of 6.3 mm 2-3 meters away from the sample, and the spray test time is at least 3 min.

After the test is completed, the test sample is opened to check whether there are water droplets and dust entering, and if not, it is determined that the test has passed.
