IP6K9K Tester is a device that is used to test the level of water resistance and protection of electronic devices against high-pressure water jets. The IPX6K tester works by subjecting the electronic device to a high-pressure water jet with a flow rate of 100 liters per minute. The water jet is aimed at the device from different angles and distances for a specified period of time. While IPX9K tester has nozzles that direct the water at a force of up to 100 bar, and temperatures that can exceed 80 degrees Celsius.

1. Structure

The IP6K9K tester is in the form of a whole structure. The high-pressure water pump and high temperature water storage tank are located at the bottom of the back of the test box, and the control system is located at the front of the chamber.

 

2. The turntable

The rain test chamber adopts the sample table with adjustable speed. The turntable uses stepper motor, the speed, and Angle can be set adjustable on the touch screen.

 

3. Water purification system

The equipment is equipped with a water purification and water recycling system to minimize the water required for testing.
