Workroom

• The internal material is 316 stainless steel, mirror surface, rust-proof to high and low temperature and moisture corrosion, nice ruggedness and long life
• The DUT automatic transferred from “air room” to “immersion and splash room” by basket (Vertically)
• The basket slides vertically and smoothly through rails, to make the specimen is exposed to the two room

Hot Room

• Air Temperature: RT ~ +100℃ (adjustable)
• The heating tube and fan is located at the back of the heat chamber and is used to heat the temperature of the air.

Immersion and Splash Room

• 5% Nacl and deionized water temperature: 0℃ ~ +4℃ (adjustable)
• The cooling copper pipe is located at the bottom of the cold chamber and is used to reduce the temperature of the water.
• 4pc water jets (in a row) for splashing DUT.
• Distance between jet and DUT surface: (325 ± 25) mm (water is applied over the complete width of the DUT).

Basket: 

• SUS316 stainless steel punching sample shelf
• Punching design and conducive to the air circulation
• Size is 700*700*550 mm
• Standard load of 100Kgs for the basket
• Transfer time: within 20s
• 1pc cable hole, located at the top side of the basket, the diameter is 100 mm
